Luis Alarcon Moreno founded Legal & Finance Solution Law Firm and serves as its Principal Attorney.

He founded Legal & Finance Solution in 1998 to provide contingency fee-based attorneys with creative financial solutions, including accounts receivable financing and bridge loans to normalize their erratic cash flow. He turned his attention full-time to Legal & Finance Solution in 2001. Since then, the firm has become a leading provider of creative capital solutions to individual and corporate plaintiffs, plaintiffs’ attorneys, court-appointed attorneys, administrators, service providers and government entities.

As the founder, he guided business development, personnel and technology initiatives. Eventually, the firm expanded to a staff of 15, including five attorneys. He began his career in 1986 as an attorney with Sonkin & Pfeiffer, a personal injury firm in New York City.

He has licenses to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He received a J.D. at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City and a B.A. in biological sciences at the University of Chicago.
